​How do I
place an order?
Please registered a commercial sales account with us and order via our members only order form. Currently we only sell to professionals and corporate accounts. We do not sell to retail customers.

Payment
& Shipping
Payment terms will be determined by your contract with us please contact your Account Executive regarding payment terms.

All shipping will be processed upon satisfaction of payment terms. All shipping and handling fees will be included in your invoice. Customs clearing might delay shipments please ensure you have all import papers ready before shipment.

Where are your products made and shipped?
The brands and products we carry are from US, Europe, Japan and are made in their respective countries. We do not carry products that are made in countries with low product safety standards.

All of the products we carry complies with their respective local rules and regulations.

Can I visit your warehouse?
We do not operate a retail store front as our sales are catered to commercial accounts. Our Account Executives are more than happy to arrange sample products send to you for your evaluations.
